Caveau Ramen Firenze: Authentic Anime-Themed Ramen Experience in Florence

Such a fun environment! The walls are filled with anime figurines and paintings, it’s very charming. The food was also good! The pork chasu in the miso ramen was soooo good and I loved the noodles, my only complaint is that I wish there were more noodles(it was enough but I liked them alot). I also liked the broth. I will say, when I got the tonkatsu a while back, the broth was a lot thicker than I expected but the miso was just the right consistency. They’re currently(as of writing this review) offering a student discount so that’s neat. Staff were also very helpful and nice.

Amazing time! Randomly stumbled upon the restaurant and was not disappointed! The food was amazing. The sake was great, the ramen was amazing. They also gave us a free keychain!

The staff and food were amazing. I don't speak Italian very well, so it was great that the staff spoke good English and were very friendly. The ambience is really nice and relaxing, and the store is decorated with lots of anime merchandise, perfect for anime lovers. The food is very reasonably priced, especially considering the portions are huge and incredibly tasty. I'd go there every day if I could the food is absolutely mouth-watering. Only thing that's disappointing is my stomach for not being able to fit in more delicious food. 10/10, my favorite spot in all of Florence!

Amazing Ramen! Had a lovely bowl of spicy ramen (i forgot the name) but it was absolutely delicious. The minced pork in it was amazing, the broth was very rich and big portion as well! The place is so cozy with all the japanese anime decoration. Highly recommended!

Let’s start by saying the aesthetic of this place is perfect. You have no choice but to get sucked into the anime and Japanese feeling. They even play anime type music which was awesome. We got seated at a table near the front, and really got to enjoy seeing the various decor throughout the restaurant. They even had some Pokémon decor in the bathroom. The menu had an array of ramen and other dishes, but we both got ramen. The ramen was good and was a big portion which was nice. You can get your ramen “spicy”, too.

Today I visited a ramen restaurant in Florence, which was anime themed. The food was surprisingly good, the miso ramen, gyoza and unagi, as the food in most of the anime restaurants was usually fair or bad. The restaurant was well designed and decorated with all the comic figures and drawings. It is definitely worth to try if you are in Florence, especially after eating all the Italian food. Sorry, no photo of food because all were eaten.
